Buyer bought a Barbie doll that was 1990. It stated in the listing it is old and it is as seen.
Prior to purchasing, she asked for a discount on the Barbie and the shipping. So I lowered both. Now she received it and it’s complaining that it’s just dis
colored. Not black but orangey color. Then she goes to say that she washed it because she was worried about mites. she goes on and on about the description of the doll. She asked for half price off after she received it. I told her I don’t do partial refunds. Then she states I’ll just take it up with Ebay and leave you a feedback. Basically because she didn’t get her way. And she does not want to pay for shipping. She wanted me to return it and she gets all the money. I told her that it is an old doll and it is not discolored. Yes, I know I have to take the return, but how do I get it where she pays the shipping and not me. This buyer has picked this thing apart. She stated that she washed the outfit twice.
