Revise Feedback

How do you revise feedback already submitted on a seller.  I looked all over and don't see how to.  Once I leave feedback it seems to disappear?

In looking at the feedback you have recently left for others, there are mostly positives and one negative. If you wanted to revise the negative, the Seller would need to send you a Feedback Revision form. You could then revise the feedback to a neutral or positive. Buyers cannot downgrade (revise) a positive.

With the Feedback Revision form, feedback can be revised but not removed. In very rare cases, once you leave feedback for a Seller, it would only be removed for violating feedback policies.

Thank you for the reply.  The negative one is the one I want to revise to neutral since the seller did get back to me with a refund after I left a negative feedback.  However It did take a negative feedback to get follow up response from seller.  I will go back to seller and ask for the Feedback Revision Form.
