Reverse Refund

Hello Buyer reported package missing. I refunded money. Package was delivered. Need to send an invoice or reverse the refund.

You can’t send a new invoice or reverse the refund through ebay. You can agree on a repayment method with the buyer. You can send a PayPal invoice - you need the buyer’s email address, or the buyer can send funds with Venmo or zelle - which ever you both use - they will need your email or cell. Or they can send you a paper check.
