Revenge feedback

I recently purchased an item that was never sent. I have started a refund notice through ebay. My worry is feedback, I will have to leave this person a negative feedback and am worried that the seller will leave revenge feedback. I paid quickly and on time so there should be no reason for me to get bad feedback.

Sellers cannot leave negative feedback for buyers -- not since about 2012.

If the seller leaves a positive feedback with a negative comment, you can contact eBay to have the comment removed, as it would violate policy.
