Ebay has a 30-day Money Back Guarantee for Buyer Purchase Protection. Buyers have up to 30 days from delivery to request a refund if they feel the item they received is not as described in the listing.
Ebay only supports 14-day returns in limited categories. Even then, that's only for "remorse" returns such as doesn't fit, don't like, etc.
