I need to cancel a return request ,when I go to the status to cancel there isn’t any way to do it been trying a couple days

You can cancel a return by going back to the request and using the option to close it. But don't do that unless you have decided to keep the item or have your replacement in hand and are satisfied. You cannot re-open a return.
