Hi all. On the item I was selling I wrote the incorrect shoe size although the pictures clearly showed the correct shoe size. When the buyer receive the shoes obviously they were disappointed because they did not see the photos and the shoes do not fit them. I don’t want to refund them without getting the shoes back. What does everyone do?

Tell the buyer to open a Return Request.   Make sure you select you will pay for a return label (make sure you do not select refund without a return).  Ebay will send a link for buyer to use and print the label.  When item is returned you refund with in three days.
