Buyer gets a Apple Watch of me been reset to factory settings
when he gets it says he can’t pair it with his iPhone and wants a refund I advise him how to resolve it but he wants a refund so I get it back I do a update it’s fine it pairs with my phone no problem.
I told him if it’s faulty I would cover the postage however as it’s not I’ve told him I’m I’m only refunding him the Price of the item not the postage who is right ? Thanks
