Ebays return policy is set up to screw the sellers. The buyers can do nothing wrong. Been on here for over 17 years. Ebay keeps changing their policy. Making sellers responsible everytime. We can't even leae a neutral or negative feedback anymore...Kind of one sided isn't it??

As sellers we need to do soemthing about this.  Our policy is as follows: we will take it back if the customer made a mistake. We just ask they pay shipping both ways. After all they made the mistake. If the product is damaged during shipping we ask that you wait while we make a claim. Ebay doesn't give a **bleep**. Just return it and sellers eat shipping both ways...what **bleep**
