I had a buyer purchase an item. I purchased a shipping label, then the buyer realized that they ordered the wrong item. I still have the item, but the only option is a return with a return shipping label? I voided the original shipping label

You can use the Cancel order option in the dropdown next to the transaction in your Orders list and choose the reason that the buyer requested it. If it's too late to do that (due to the label purchase), just use the Send refund option found in the same dropdown.
