Returns and more FOUL eBay policies and business practices.

A "Buyer" purchased from me, a necklace. Around 40 hours later, they asked to cancel. I explained it was taken to the post office yesterday as it was purchased early. I knew they would file a return. I didn't bother with any nonsense about discounts or any of that nonsense. They filed. I agreed. They never sent it back after 15 days. I "Chatted" with an eBay rep. They explained the time was wrong and the buyer still had time. So NOWWWWWW!!!, the buyer realistically has 23 days on my watch, in which the CRIMINAL CARTEL EBAY, "HOLDS" my money in an off shore "Holdings" "INC." and collects interest even though eBay can't/won't do that for sellers. Why? IT'S FRAUD AND IT'S ILLEGAL!!! So they totally 100% hide behind a "HOLD" while they scam me for more of my hard earned money!!! **bleep** YOU EBAY!!! Criminal **bleep** **bleep**!!!
