Returning an item when you don't have a Smartphone for a picture.

I'm trying to return a defective item but can't take a picture to upload to the form because I don't have a smartphone.   Anyone else have this problem and know what to do?

Copy and paste the listing photo.

Thanks for your reply.  I thought I had to send a photo showing the damaged condition in which the item arrived.

You are, but if you can't or no way to bypass, the copy and paste saves you from calling ebay to skip over it.
