I am looking to purchase a sanding machine, item 293880445976 at a cost of 199.99 plus $55 shipping to the USA. This item is coming from China. The ad states buyer pays return shipping. If it should turn out damaged or of sub-par quality, how I do I find out what the cost to return this is? I ask because I purchased something a while ago from China and when I went to return it because of the quality of the product I would have had to pay over three times the cost of the item in return shipping charges. So, that being the case I did not return it. I want to prevent his from happening again, so I want to get a return cost before I purchase it.

If the item is not as described, the seller pays the return shipping, no matter what his return policy is.
When returning to an international location, you will have to get the money from the seller before sending the item. eBay will help you do this after you open a not as described return request.
