Returning an item when I checked out as a guest

I was able to get eBay to connect with the seller and have them send me a shipping label for returns.  However, the links to print the label won't work without logging in.  When I do log in, I get errors because the order isn't associated with my account.  When I look it up by order number it also gets an error.  The virtual help assistant was no use.

Purchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member. You will need to sign in with the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent to you in an email. Then you can file a Returns Request.
