Returned item - no response

Hi team

Genuinely want to assume best intentions. I purchased a christmas gift for someone and it came in and required what the seller deemed an acceptable return. Had to get the item back from the person I gifted it to then sent it in after it was returned to me. 

Whole process pushed us out a bit, but now I have confirmation of delivery to the original seller but radio silence on the return.

I would like a replacement and do not want to hit them with anything that would affect their account, also they have a huge amount of good reviews, so I am curious if reaching out through messages here is not the correct way to connect with a seller after the sale.
