Returned and Refund

hi. I wrote that ''I do not accept return'' for 154590915845 number of the  my watch but automaticly ebay refunded the buyer.Why? I dont want to accept return and refund to buyer.

If you buyer opened a not as described return, you must accept it or refund your buyer - your return policy does not apply to not as described claims. 

If you do not accept the return, eBay can assume you do not want the item returned, and issue the refund. Given that the item in question was $32 with $30 shipping, eBay could easily assume that you did not want to spend $30 to have a $32 item returned.
