I tried to initiate with a return on an item I purchased the The seller closed the return without accepting the return. After talking directly with the seller they said I can return it but I have to pay the shipping reach out to eBay to do the return. With all the links and prompts that eBay has I have been trying to do a return again but it keeps on telling me that my return was closed. So how do I do a return now that my first return was closed? I also ask the seller if there is something that they can do on their end. Please help
