I am trying to return an item and when I go to my Purchase history, the item does not show up!

I can't return it without showing a purchase.

I have received it and have tried to contact seller with no avail.

Any suggestions?

Locate the email confirmation from eBay for that purchase - there should be a link to the Order there - does it show it was a "Guest" order- guest orders don't transfer to your eBay account, they are handled separately.
