I purchased an item which I had to return but the seller want me to ship it back to China. When I purchased this item I checked to see where it was shipping from and it said Hackettstown, NJ. No where in the ad did it specify about having to ship returns to China. I checked the return policy. I should not have to pay for return shipping to China. The seller won't provide a return label.

If shipped in from USA you do not have to return it to China unless seller pays for it.
Why are you returning the item?

Hi @eddie22zepp
It is eBay policy that buyers are only required to return the item to the item location shown in the listing. You DO NOT have to return your item to China.
I cannot tell you an easy way to get refunded going through eBay. I can only suggest requesting a refund from your payment source.. That unfortunately doesn’t inform eBay about members who are misrepresenting the location of their items in their listings.

I am returning an analog weight scale but with my eyesight I can’t see the dial.

If there was nothing wrong with the item and it was correctly described, you will be paying for the return, but only to the USA address it shipped from.
Did you open a Return Request? If so and no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this. If still a problem:
