Bought some tire sensors that came from China, they don't work and I should have known better. Seller says don't worry will give refund and no need to send them back, but wants me to leave them positive feedback. A) these things are junk and don't want other buyers to get screwed. Wasn't going to leave negative feedback, but think maybe I should... Already have return label, just send them back? Need to forward the communication from seller saying: "they will refund my money when they get positive feedback" This seller has tons of products on eBay, but I am not liking the way they're handling this. Advice?

Make sure you open a Return Request. That way, he has to refund you no matter what feedback you leave him.
If you receive an item that was not described accurately, you have eBay's Money Back Guarantee.
Open a Return Request to the right of the item on your purchase history and indicate the reason the item is not described accurately. You will need to include a photo. The seller has three full days to issue a prepaid return shipping label, ( if he wants the item back) or a refund in full. If there is no response from the seller by day 4, return to the case details on your Purchase History under Cancelled Invoices and click on Ask eBay To Step In

They issued a return label immediately and I have items ready to return. I think I will just reply to the sellers request for positive feedback with "I don't feel comfortable leaving positive feedback on an item that doesn't work as it should. Item coming back to you for refund".
