Return request

Hi.  I just received a return request for a shirt.  The buyer washed and shrank the shirt and now wants to return it saying it is not authentic.   Do I have to except the return?  Thanks

Return request

If buyer open an "Item Not as Described", you either want to accept and pay for the return or refund without a return.  Otherwise you can deny return

If returned, do not refund until you get it back, and you might want to talk to ebay about it being washed and now considered used, especially if buyer put that in an ebay message they can review.
