Return request

I accepted a return. Now buyer messaged me and decided to keep the item. Do I contact eBay or just let it run out,will I get in trouble for not refunding? Thank you.

1) The buyer can close the request on their end now

or

2) If the buyer doesn't use the label and ship the item by the date in the case, the case will close in your favor.

 

-- You do not have to refund until you get the item returned. Don't refund, you won't be in trouble.

Thank you.i did ask the buyer to cancel. Not sure they will. If they do not,do I just let the time run out. Will I be reimbursed for the shipping label and fees? Thank you again.

@lee202cat  If the buyer doesn't cancel, the case will close and you will keep your sales proceeds.

 

If the buyer doesn't use the return label, you won't be charged for it.
