Return request

I am trying to return an item and was doing fine until I received the QR code.  It says to take this to the post office, which means, I surmise, that the the thing needs to be printed out.  I don't have a printer.  Is there a way to work around this?

If you do not have a printer, the clerk at the post office will scan the QR code and that will print out the label for you.
