Return refusal

Ebay stepped in and forced seller to accept return for defective product and gave me a return label. Seller is refusing package at post office so I cant get refund. How do I let ebay know what is happening.??

Contact customer service - they may consider the notice as a delivery attempt and issue your refund.

If you don't see 'have us call you' right under the chat link, click chat.  Then at the bottom of the chat topics, click more, then click contact an agent.
