Ebay has notified me that the return option I offer (14 days, buyer pays shipping) is no longer valid for three of my items. Why? I have the same policy on all my items. The "learn more" link goes to some policy change from 2018 saying top rated sellers have to offer 30 days. I am hardly "top rated." I've only sold one thing this year. If 14 days is unacceptable, why is it an option in the drop-down menu when creating a listing?
