Return package

I had to return a package to a seller but could not retrieve the shipping label that was sent to mw on my account page. I paid fot shipping.ans used another label.

I notified the seller and eBay what else do I need to do.

You need to enter the tracking # into your return.

1. Go to the return request in Purchase History - opens in new window or tab.
2. Select the shipping carrier from the dropdown list. If you select Other, enter the carrier name.
3. Enter the tracking number.
4. Select Mark as sent.

Unfortunately, eBay can not force the seller to reimburse you for the shipping.  You needed to contact them when you could not print the label from eBay.
