The item wasn’t broken when I shipped it and so that doesn’t fit with not as described and I have to pay return shipping. I don’t agree with the way EBAY steps in and tells you how you have to do things. I took a mirror to UPS & paid for their packaging and they packaged it and shipped it. It arrived broken and UPS said they have to pick it up for inspection so I told the buyer & EBAY not to return it. eBay sent a return label & I lost $150 cuz UPS won’t reimburse me even tho insurance & they packaged. It’s wrong.

Yes, that is Not As Described and seller has to pay return shipping if they want the item back.
If you wanted to file a claim with UPS, you should have refunded the buyer and had them hang on to the item and package so it could be inspected.
