Return missing pieces.

Had buyer request a return which I accepted. Gave refund also. When item arrived back it was missing pieces that were clearly in the pic of the original listing. Can I do anything?

Sellers should never issue a refund on a returned item until they actually receive and inspect it.  Since you issued the refund the transaction is complete, nothing you can do at this point.
