I Sold a 14k gold necklace It went through authenticate Guarantee and when it got to the fire, they said that it was twisted and I know it wasn't so they put it in For a return, and now it went back to authentication guarantee. And they gave it back to me and it is twisted Like a rope and when I go to call eBay They will not answer or return my emails. There is no way I could sell this item now and I am negative over fifteen hundred dollars in my EBay account What do I do?
