Return label

I had purchased a pair of Adidas sneakers. I ordered a 6. I received a six and they do not fit my daughter . I reached out to the seller several times. I want a return label so I can return and get a refund.I asked  twice for a return label and he has not given me the return label to ship it back to him. Please help. I am eligible for returns but only until March 27 I started the return process and it needs to be shipped and received by April 1. I need eBay to step in.

If the seller sent the size you ordered, he is not responsible for the return shipping, unless the item was sold with free returns.

Didn’t eBay offer to sell you a return label?
