Is there any way to quicken the process of getting a return label?

Once you file the returns request, the seller has 2 days to accept or decline the request.  If no action, go back to the request, and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.

Once you have filed the returns request, the seller has to agree in order for the return label to be available for you to download and print.
