Return label issues

My return request was accepted and I have been refunded, but I can’t get access to the label to return it. I have contacted the original seller but that haven’t replied. How do I fix this issue

Once the seller sent the refund, it closed the case and you won't have access to a shipping label.

Some sellers will just refund and not have to pay more to have it shipped back to them.

If the seller still wants the item returned, they'll have to buy a shipping label and send it to you.
