I sent a return package to Miami from Guatemala on April 4th. I sent the package to Miami with the label and then my forwarder had to put the package using the return USPS label. My forwarder notify that they delivered the package to USPS on April 14th. However, the label had a "use before April 17th" and it seems they had some trouble with the package.
"Please send the item back by April 17, 2023. If you don't, we may close this request and you may not receive a refund".
Whay should I do? Help, I want just want the seller to send me a new package.
