Return label for a guest

I placed an order as a guest, meaning I did not create or previously have an account. I initiated a return which was approved and I was sent an email to access my return shipping label. However, the email prompts you to click a link to access the labels, and the link takes you to an account login screen. As previously mentioned, I did not place this order under an account. I can’t seem to find a way around this. Any help is appreciated!

In order to use the link in that email, you must first sign out of your current eBay account; you will not be able to print out a label while signed in to another eBay account.

Purchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member. You will need to sign in with the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent to you in an email. Then you can file a Returns Request.
