Return item no way to click sent it back

Ebay sucks since you cant talk to anyone but a idiot computer but i requested a return and printed it out and sent it back there was nothing i could do after that the seller has my return and will not answer messages he has my money and im done buying stuff off of ebay cause the help section sucks
