Hello, I recently bought a pots set from a seller who ships from Korea. This was also my first time purchasing something on Ebay. These pots were delivered to Europe, but they had some small defects. I wanted to return them, so I received an address. I went to my local post office and they told me that the shipping would be 200+ USD. I had also sent a message to the seller asking how I could return these pots and never got an answer. The deadline of the return was getting close so I thought that cancelling the return, would mean that I would still be able to return it. Because it says that returns are open until 17 January, but when I try to reopen a return request it says that one already exists. I tried contacting Ebay, but since I don't have a phone number from the US or Canada, I can't directly speak to an agent. What do I do?

I just want to be able to reopen this return request, so that I'm able to send these back.

DO NOT close the return. Once you do, ebay can no longer help you.
If the seller is from another country, they cannot send a shipping label good in your country. The seller has to send you enough funds via Paypal to pay for the label. If the seller does not, then go back to the returns request after 4 days and click Ask ebay to help you.
