Return for item not as described and missing bit

This buyer Rob Elbox bought this item from me 173860752733, then complained it's of bad quality, handmade from scratch and missing bit, then left several inapropriate feedback (Fortunately removed) and insulting messages. I then received the item with a note from the buyer. I gave him a refund to comply with ebay. In this note there is no mention of missing bit which would still be in the packaging if any as the item was sent in a sealed plastic bag with several layers of bubble wrap and chips in cardboard box. I received the item with the plastic bag containing the bonus prints but not a "missing" (broken on purpose) leg. I think you should check this buyer weird negative, neutral and even positive (With negative conotation) feedback which I read all. What you just did by allowing this kind of buyer, to get a refund is encouraging fraude. As I have refunded this buyer, it's now for you to decide if I should appeal this case but it's so obvious this person is a serial winger.
