I would like to return an item that wasn't as described. The problem is that the seller stated in the listing 'Seller does not accept returns'. However, I contacted the seller and the seller has agreed to accept my return and issue a full refund. He stated that me as the buyer, must initiate the return process. I attempted to do just that but I get stuck because the site says 'Seller does not accept returns'. How do I get the ball rolling on this return process or does the seller need to do something on his end?

A seller's "no return" policy only applies to "remorse" returns.
If the buyer files a "not as described" return within thirty days, eBay's money back guarantee applies.
If the seller does not provide for tracked return shipping, refund the buyer directly or refund once tracking shows the item has been returned to the seller, after three business days, the buyer can ask eBay to step in.
