Return fee

Bought an item and ended up being the wrong item. So I sent it back and I paid for the return shipping. The seller took 20% out for "fees" on top of the return label. There was nothing in the listing about any fees as such. What can I do?

Appeal the partial refund by reviewing it with customer service.  Sellers are allowed to make deductions only when an item is not in its original condition.
