I purchased two items that did not match their descriptions. I contacted the seller and he denied my return. Now when I search for help from EBay , the item doesn’t show up in the purchased items so I can ask EBay to step in. What do I do now?
Open an Item Not as Described return dispute in the Resolution Center. If your items are not there due to ebay's removal of the seller or items, open the dispute with the payment processor you used.
