I have not opened the packaged I want to return the item cause I have a found some much less expensive

If the seller has a No Returns policy, and you want to return the item because you found a less expensive one, the seller can indeed decline the request.  If the seller decides to accept the return, you will pay the return shipping.  Now, is the other item worth it?
