I started a return on an item that was incomplete. The seller accepted my return, but sent me a secondary address to ship the item to, which is in a different state. I do not think Ebay wants me to send the item other than to the seller's listed Ebay address. Please advise.

It's actually somewhat common, especially for larger sellers, to have you return items to a different address than it was shipped from. As long as you ship it back to the address shown in the return case, you'll be covered (if you were provided a label via eBay, it's definitely best to use that instead of purchasing your own elsewhere).

Return the item using the shipping label provided to you in the return case.
