Return address with PO Box

Hello,

Can I return an item to a seller with PO Box addresses and without name? The seller is providing me with a PO Box & no name on the return label.

Is the item you received Not as Described?  If so, then you file a Returns Request with the
reason Not as Described.  You have up to 30 days after receipt of the item. Go to My ebay >
Purchase history > RETURN THIS ITEM.  The seller will provide a prepaid shipping label. 
You print the label, affix it to the package and take it to the post office.  Make sure the clerk
scans the label.  Once tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller has 2 days
to refund you.  If no refund, you go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force
the refund.
