I own several of the Vince Warren  platforms and have always worn size 9 (euro 39).  The shoe I recently received are cut wrong or midsized.   They are way too short to be a size 9.  These should be sold as an 8-8.5 but not a 9 (as they are marked).

You need to open a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED,  do not select "doesn't fit".
