Return a part that doesn't fit

I accidentally ordered outside the country. Ebay said the part would fit my vehicle. It does not. Seller says I ordered the wrong part and I should pay return shipping. The vehicle was entered into Ebay and they confirmed fitment.  How do I proceed?

Open a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, wrong part (not doesn't fit). Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
