I bought a hat that was defective. The seller rufused to send me a shipping label. Said it was my responsibility. They sent a defective hat. What do I do? eBay assistant is no help.

Ebay has a 30-day Money Back Guarantee for Buyer Purchase Protection. That Guarantee overrides a Seller's refund policy.
If it has been less than 30 days since delivery, go to your Purchase History and select the item and then open an Item Not as Described refund request. EBay will contact the Seller who is required to respond with a return label or full refund. If the Seller does not respond to the case within a few days, go back to the case and ask eBay to step in.
