Return Requested after 30 day window SOS!!!

 I sold a belt it was delivered Oct 30th I just this morning 12/11 have received a return request claiming "noit as described in photos" which is impossible when stated like that because it is the actual item in the photos.  As to say in the text description i could consider hearing it as something may have been unintentionaly communicated but its my priority to make sure i note and photo all flaws i find if any.  In comment the buyer says the item is not authentic. Im curious for the buyer to elaborate on how this conclusion was made. 

  So i check buyers history and has been a member for just 20 days at the date of delivery and to this date has 2 feedback.  Along with my priority being in listing it is also my priority to have happy customers who are actually customers. to this point my service metrics are perfect ,  top seller,  yes quite small but ive just put it in forward gear in sept and have seen great success in doing so. how do i address this what am i obligated to.  I have no exclusions in returns but a 30 day limit. it didnt have to be not as described to have returned it. i do free returns.

When was it delivered?  He has 30 days from delivery and should not be able to open a request after that.  If not received until 11/11 or later, he is within the 30 days and you must accept the request, or refund without return.
