Buyer wants to return an item because they say it was not as depicted. I am 100% sure it is, and I have over 1400 positive feedback transactions. The item is less than $15, what should I do.

If the buyer states Not as described, you have to accept the return. ebay's MBG trumps your No returns policy. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided. The buyer prints it out, and once the tracking on the package states DELIVERED you have 2 days to refund the buyer. If you refuse, ebay can refund the buyer from your funds and not require the buyer to return the item.
