Return Label

I purchase a item that did not work. I wanted to return it for a refund and requested a shipping label. I was issued a full refund, but never received a shipping label. I don't want to hang unto a product that does not work, but am afraid if I throw it away, the seller or EBay will later request that I return it. What should I do???

Unable to contact EBay, no phone number to call, and their prompts only have specific topic's that give specific answers to. As big as EBay is you would think they could hire people to answer questions and help their customers.

If you were issued a full refund, you cannot print a shipping label to send the item back.  The case closes.  You can discard the item.  If the seller wants the item back, s/he will have to send you a return shipping label.
