Return Item Purchased As A Guest

I've purchased a product as a guest that arrived defective. I contacted the seller about returning the product for a refund and the seller said to return through Ebay.  When I try to start a return Ebay there is nothing that shows in my buyer profile since I purchased as a guest.  How do i move forward with my return?
